Description:
The original Italianate Victorian was built in 1883 with additions in the 1920’s, and had been badly remodeled over the years. The interior was returned to the Victorian age and a new carriage house was added to accommodate more modern conveniences.

Size: 1160 SF existing house + 604 SF new carriage house
